Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking a Service Coordinator for its National Service & Training team to manage daily service and installation operations. This role is crucial for driving customer satisfaction through strong customer relations, high-quality service, efficient scheduling, organization, and problem-solving for service, scheduling, and installation challenges. Experience with Service/Repair scheduling is highly preferred.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HVAC/Plumbing Dispatching experience.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Able to effectively relate and communicate with all levels of employees and customers.
  • Must be dependable - must demonstrate thorough follow-up and responsiveness.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize various tasks effectively and adapt seamlessly to evolving circumstances.
  • Must possess the ability to remain calm and composed while effectively communicating with customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Service/Repair scheduling is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Address customer complaints and service-related issues promptly with a commitment to maintaining positive customer relations in a professional manner.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of all facets of installation.
  • Schedule and coordinate service calls of all natures which would include plumbing (cartridges, showers heads, handhelds). May also include flooring repair, wall repair, minor drywall repairs.
  • Manage the schedules of 10+ Service Technicians across the nation.
  • Create work orders for materials needed and work to be completed.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Senior Services Manager, Senior Production Manager and Service Technicians for various Jacuzzi Bath Remodel locations.
  • Ensure that data and notes are consistently updated in the scheduling software.
  • Upload service tickets and photos into CRM (Salesforce).
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors if necessary.
  • Take escalated customer calls and coordinate with management for resolution.
  • Other duties as assigned.
