As a Service Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and help provide a seamless, high-quality service experience.

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
0–9 months automotive industry experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of detail orientation and accuracy
Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments while providing an exceptional client experience
Perform outbound follow-up calls for due and overdue service clients, special order parts, and other follow-up tasks
Manage incoming digital leads, live chats, and text messages to schedule service and address client questions
Check for recalls, maintain service specials, and keep current with manufacturer notices
Secure payments, scan customer information, and manage related paperwork
Enter new and used vehicles into inventory, prepare folders, and manage deal jackets for the Sales Floor
Verify eligibility and manage rebates, incentives, and lender stipulations for timely vehicle delivery
Track appointments, manage the Plate Log, and assist with reconciliation of schedules and Notary deals
