Your Purpose as a Service Appointment Coordinator: Responsible for receiving and making calls on behalf of the dealership, determining the nature of their business, and setting appointments regarding the issue. Answer basic inquiries, route incoming calls, and provide basic information to all callers for the Service Department. Greets service customers and determines the nature of their visit. Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduces the customer to the Service professional. Maintains a professional appearance, including following dress code guidelines (which may include company branded shirts) and a neat work area. Other duties as assigned by Management.
