Requirements

Positive attitude and team player mindset
Punctual, reliable, open minded and committed to professional and personal growth
Proficient in computer skills, with experience in Gmail, Excel, and Word (dual-screen experience preferred)
Strong background in customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Coordinate service appointments for our guests to meet their vehicle needs
Effectively communicate with customers, answer questions, and provide appropriate guidance
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, texts, online scheduling, and live chat
Offer advice on maintenance recommendations
Confirm scheduled and missed appointments
