About The Position

Classic CDJR Pineville is a fast-paced, customer-focused automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional service and friendly experience. We're looking for an organized and energetic individual to join our team as a Service Appointment and Rental Coordinator. This role is the first point of contact for our customers-both in person and on the phone. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments, assist with vehicle rentals, and provide general administrative support to the team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative support (automotive experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems
  • Professional, friendly, and reliable demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule service and maintenance appointments using our dealership software
  • Coordinate vehicle rentals and loaner car program, ensuring proper documentation
  • Greet customers and assist with general inquiries
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, scanning and handling emails, text messages, etc.
  • Support the service and sales departments as needed
