Requirements

• Education – High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience – Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HVAC dispatching or a similar service coordination role.
• Customer Service – Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Organizational Skills – Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities.
• Technical Proficiency – Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with dispatching software preferred.
• Dependability – Punctual, reliable, and dedicated to team success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and Schedule Service Calls – Efficiently assign service requests to technicians and ensure timely scheduling of appointments.
• Customer Communication – Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing clear, friendly, and professional communication regarding appointments and updates.
• Create and Manage Work Orders – Generate accurate work orders and ensure all necessary details are documented for technicians.
• Track Service Call Progress – Monitor service calls from start to finish, ensuring prompt completion and resolving any scheduling or service issues.
• Professional Interaction – Maintain a high level of customer service in all communications to ensure a positive customer experience.
