About The Position

Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Division is seeking a Service Contracts Product Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid office (3x2) role for candidates living within 50 miles of Raleigh, NC. Relocation benefits are provided within the United States. Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions Division specializes in Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, batteries, and Data Center Power Distribution (DCPD) products, ensuring power reliability in critical applications. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 7 years of commercial experience, technical marketing, strategic planning, product management, and/or engineering experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering leadership / project management / product marketing / or business development required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing strategic and tactical initiatives to increase the growth and profitability of the CPS startup & service contracts portfolio in the U.S.
  • Supporting annual profit planning and strategic planning activities, including portfolio roadmap, price attainment, and execution of growth programs.
  • Driving go-to-market strategies based on offering, market, customers, pricing, and competition knowledge, including curating incentive programs and supporting business reviews.
  • Collecting Voice of Customer (VOC) inputs to drive new product offerings and market programs.
  • Managing monthly forecasting for the portfolio and supporting the measurement and tracking of Service sales leads for contracts.
  • Executing new solution launches to the market, working cross-functionally to develop/maintain literature, create presentations and competitive comparisons, and provide training and promotions to sales.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Service operations teams to address customer issues/needs and ensure seamless delivery of Services.
  • Working collaboratively with the Services Global Product Line (GPL), sharing best practices, market and portfolio updates, and providing standard services to global customers where applicable.
  • Creating and delivering content for operational reviews, product line reviews, staff meetings, sales meetings, customer visits, profit and strategic plans, etc.
