About The Position

Our Service Consultants knowledgably and courteously assist our customers to navigate the complex and technological process of getting a vehicle serviced and serve as a resource for our customers questions, keeping the highest level of customer satisfaction at the heart of their efforts.

Requirements

  • Genuinely enjoys interacting with customers and assisting them with vehicle maintenance needs.
  • Advises customers on manufacturer-recommended service items.
  • Explains complicated repairs.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Very organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • Proficient in technological programs (e.g., CDK, Podium, XTime).
  • Comfortable with and makes use of all company programs including CDK, Drive Centric, Rapid Recon, Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Teams, as well as various Manufacturer websites.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Acceptable records check.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in navigating the vehicle service process.
  • Serve as a resource for customer questions regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate activities for a large number of repair orders in various stages of the repair process.
  • Communicate with a wide variety of people on many levels.
  • Professionally and courteously explain repairs at the customer's level.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing (email and messaging).
