About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience with a luxury automotive brand (BMW experience preferred)
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and stay organized
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet performance goals
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the service drive, confirm scheduled services, and document vehicle concerns
• Serve as the main point of contact throughout the service process
• Explain maintenance needs and technician recommendations in a clear, professional manner
• Provide repair estimates, obtain approvals, and process payments
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated on timelines and costs
• Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow
• Build lasting relationships and foster customer loyalty through exceptional service
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Support overall service department operations as needed
