• Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and provide clear explanations of service procedures.
• Communicate effectively between customers and service technicians to ensure accurate and timely updates.
• Manage service check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming service lounge environment.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Coordinate shuttle services or loaner vehicles as needed.
• Document customer interactions and service details accurately in the dealership system.
