About The Position

We’re hiring a Service Concierge in the Portland metro area for our modern, always-busy dealership. This entry-level role is a great fit for someone with a strong customer service background who takes pride in helping others and wants a path for growth and development. As a Service Concierge, you’ll be on the front lines of the customer experience—providing top-notch service to our service guests and supporting our Service Advisors throughout the day in a state-of-the-art facility.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Driver’s License
Prior Customer Service Experience
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

Greet and assist service customers with check-ins
Staging vehicles in the service repair area
Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments
Assist the service advisors with booking repair orders, following up with customers, walking customers to their vehicles, and performing ancillary duties that come with service writing
Other duties that may arise in the service department
