As the Service Client Specialist to the Managing Partner, this role plays a critical role in supporting business operations, talent development, recruiting initiatives, and strategic execution. The Service Client Specialist to the Managing Partner provides advanced administrative, operational, and client service support to the Managing Partner and leadership team. This role combines executive support responsibilities with coordination and support of operational processes, cross-functional coordination, and business initiatives. Working with a high degree of independence, the incumbent manages competing priorities, facilitating problem resolution, serves as a trusted resource on business processes, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency while ensuring a high level of service to leaders, advisors, clients, and business partners.
