About The Position
Our Store Team Members, including Service Clerks, are inspired doers who help provide a positive in-store shopping experience. This involves ensuring the store is always ready with available products that meet customer needs to live life well. Clerks inspire customers through delightful conversation and knowledge of products. Responsibilities include providing great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs, maintaining and stocking product displays and shelves to company standards, ensuring accurate product scanning, identifying inventory needs, assisting with ordering, setting up company-directed promotions and programs, and keeping department areas neat while ensuring health and safety standards.
Requirements
- A team player with an attention for detail
- Driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer questions
- Motivated to learn new things
- No previous experience is required
- Flexibility to work a variety hours which may include days, evenings, and weekends
- Able to move up to 50lbs and in constant mobility for an entire shift
Responsibilities
