About The Position

Join EY’s Workplace Services Group (WSG) as a Service centre coordinator and help to bring ideas to life through high-quality services. As a Service Centre Coordinator, you are responsible for the daily execution of print production, mail and courier services, and general workplace support within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a hands-on role requiring you to manage incoming requests, operate equipment, handle physical materials, and deliver responsive, high-quality service to internal clients.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a hands-on operational role (print, mailroom, logistics, or admin support)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Comfortable working with equipment and physical materials
  • Fluency in French and English is required. Bilingualism in both French and English is therefore a requirement of this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a professional service or corporate environment
  • Familiarity with print production workflows and mail/courier operations
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize incoming service requests across print, mail, and workplace services to meet deadlines and service expectations
  • Prepare files and complete print production work (printing, binding, cutting, laminating), ensuring accuracy and adherence to branding standards
  • Operate and troubleshoot production equipment while maintaining quality control throughout all jobs
  • Sort, log, and distribute incoming mail and courier items, and prepare outgoing shipments including packaging and labeling
  • Research shipping options and coordinate pickups to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery
  • Provide front-line customer service (walk-ups, email, requests), clarifying requirements and communicating updates or delays
  • Support office operations including scanning, photocopying, records management, meeting room setup/teardown, and catering coordination
  • Provide backup coverage for reception and security desks as required
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies (print, courier, office), ensuring timely replenishment
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service centre environment and follow all safety procedures
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes and standing for extended periods
  • Support overtime and additional operational tasks as required
