About The Position

This role is an entry-level, individual contributor that is responsible for the management and movement of spare parts and medical devices to support the Service & Repair organization. Working under general supervision, this role performs routine operations and ensures adherence to regulatory and company health, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
0-2 years of experience working in a warehouse organization.
Basic verbal and written communication skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to frequently lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of related experience in the Medical Device industry or other regulated fields
Experience with FedEx / DHL Shipping software
Ability to safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and other powered industrial vehicles

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, stock, and manage inventory of spare parts and medical devices to support service operations.
Package, ship, and track spare parts and medical devices for domestic and international destinations.
Process returned equipment, facilitate product movement throughout the service center, and maintain accurate inventory records in service systems.
Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while supporting efficient warehouse, logistics, and inventory management operations.
