About The Position

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Service Center Parts Clerk at the Bush Intercontinental Airport. The Service Center Parts Clerk will provide overall administrative support to the maintenance facility, ensuring all parts and tire purchases, shop work orders and invoice processing adhere to company policy and standards. The ideal candidate works well both independently and on a team, has a strong attention to detail, is well organized, possesses strong communication and follow-up skills, ability to thrive in a fast passed environment, and has a proven record of cost savings.

Requirements

Must have intermediate to advanced level skill-set in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Requires ability to perform manual labor (i.e. bending, lifting, etc.) and lifting a minimum of 20 pounds
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).
Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following schedule(s): Monday – Friday 8am- 4:30pm
Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

Generate all maintenance related purchase order (PO) requests
Process all maintenance-related invoices for payment and ensure all maintenance related copying, filing and record keeping
Maintain parts inventory within guidelines
Monitor vehicles in outside repair shops and body shops for timely repair completion and return
Process all repair orders and parts invoices as necessary prior to submission
Communicate and negotiate the lowest possible parts prices while ensuring timely delivery of needed parts
Purchase approved parts as required
Data entry of all maintenance related vehicle movement
Reconcile and maintain body shop and dealer vehicle inventory
Conduct damage history research for turn-back vehicles
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports and logs
Follow proper procedures to comply with all health, safety and environmental standards
Maintain the work area in a safe, clean condition and comply with all uniform and equipment standards
Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
