We are immediately hiring a Service Center Manager in our Service Center in Lithonia, GA. - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

Requirements

Minimum of an Associate’s degree or relevant years of experience preferably in the Power generation and HVAC industry
6+ years of relevant operations leadership experience
6+ years of direct management of technical employees
Manage P&L of 5+ years of reporting and analysis
Proficiency in MS Office and prior experience with an ERP system
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, safety driven, customer service and Leadership skills
Strong organizational skills and Skilled at multi-tasking with flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and shifting priorities

Responsibilities

Provide operations leadership for our Lithonia, GA Service Center
Report to a Regional Operations Leader and collaborate with peers within your region
Coach and develop 10+ technical employees
Coordinate technician and contact labor for job execution
Oversee the daily operations and logistics of the service center
Ensure the timely maintenance, availability, and reliability of fleet for deployment
Partner with the sales, fleet, and logistics teams
Leverage general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors
Act as safety lead for your location including toolbox and safety meetings
