The Service Center Lead oversees all aspects of operations within the Service Center, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and the full scope of projects. This includes management of activities at the Service Center, at customer sites, and at additional locations supporting the RDD team’s efforts. The Service Center Lead is accountable for independently managing inventory operations, supervising daily service center activity, and maintaining facility operations when leadership is not on-site. This role ensures accurate receiving, put away, picking, and shipping of equipment, maintains strict inventory integrity, and ensures compliance using HCAP’s inventory management system. Additionally, the Service Center Lead provides continuous feedback to leadership on process improvements, warehouse layout optimization, and operational enhancements to support customer-focused excellence.
