The Service Center Interior Lead effectively collaborates with Gulfstream sites, vendors, engineering, design, quality, management, and customer representatives to ensure successful project execution. This position maintains a strong customer-focused approach while balancing schedule, quality, and operational requirements. The Lead possesses a thorough understanding of Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) aircraft requirements and expectations. They work closely with fellow team leads to establish priorities, optimize manpower utilization, and share resources efficiently to achieve company objectives and exceed customer expectations.
