About The Position

The ideal candidate will have a proven understanding of the automotive service BDC environment and the ability to convert customer interactions into appointments while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role is well-suited for a professional who is organized, driven, comfortable with phone communication, and recognizes the significance of persistent follow-up.

Requirements

Previous automotive Service experience preferred
Experience scheduling automotive service appointments
Strong outbound calling and appointment-setting skills
Knowledge of dealership service processes and terminology
CRM and dealership software experience
Excellent phone, text, and written communication skills
Ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Goal-oriented and motivated by results
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound service calls
Schedule and reschedule service appointments
Follow up with customers on declined services and recommended maintenance
Conduct service retention and overdue maintenance follow-up
Respond to customer texts, emails, and online service inquiries
Make proactive outbound calls to generate service appointments
Maintain accurate notes, appointments, and customer information in the CRM
Work closely with service advisors and management
Meet daily activity and appointment goals
Provide professional and consistent follow-up throughout the customer experience
