Requirements

  • Customer focused, energetic, and self-motivated individuals.
  • Experience in customer service or call center environments.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Individuals who can address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience with Volie, CDK, and XTime is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound customer phone calls.
  • Respond to internet leads via email and phone.
  • Determine customer needs by asking pertinent questions.
  • Schedule appointments for the Service Department.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Introduce customers to Service Advisors.
  • Enter customer information into the CRM.
  • Accurately schedule service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail when updating customer records and service information.
