Lexus of Vancouver is looking for a Service Booker to join their team!

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
Minimum of three (3) years prior warranty experience in automotive industry, or otherwise related experience.
Must have demonstrated leadership ability with motivational skills and proven customer relation skills.
Ability to work independently to solve problems and operate in a multi-tasking environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated organizational ability with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Code and book repair orders
Ensure appropriate labor times, labor operations, parts and sublet pricing are assigned to each repair
Ensure corrected amounts are reported to management to prevent overstating amounts due
Serve as a liaison between the Service Manager, Shop Foreman, Service Advisors, Dispatcher, Parts personnel, and Technicians
