About The Position

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Booker to join our dealership team. This role is responsible for scheduling service appointments, managing incoming calls, and ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of customers into the service department.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or automotive dealership preferred
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling systems or DMS
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Confirm appointments and follow up with customers via phone, text, or email
  • Gather detailed vehicle and service information to properly book appointments
  • Coordinate scheduling with service advisors and shop capacity
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the dealership professionally
  • Maintain and update customer records in the dealership management system (DMS)
  • Assist with outbound calls for service reminders, recalls, and maintenance follow-ups
  • Ensure all appointments are properly documented and communicated to the service team
