About The Position

AUDI Pembroke Pines, part of the Holman Automotive Group, is seeking a Service Booker to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate repair order processing, warranty compliance, and seamless communication across service and parts operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong knowledge of warranty processes, labor operations, and repair order coding
Demonstrated leadership ability with strong motivational and customer relations skills
Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Responsibilities

Code and book repair orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and submit warranty claims to AUDI NA
Ensure appropriate labor times, labor operations, parts, and sublet pricing are assigned to each repair
Record and track all warranty claims with precision
Review and verify amounts to ensure accuracy and prevent overstating charges
Report corrected amounts to management as needed
Serve as a liaison between the Service Manager, Shop Foreman, Service Advisors, Dispatcher, Parts personnel, Technicians, and AUDI NA
Support cross-functional communication to ensure smooth workflow across departments
