About The Position

The service booker is responsible for flagging tech time and closing repair orders daily. In addition, they will interact with the warranty administrator to ensure all warranty requirements are met and claims are submitted and paid timely. At times, they may back up the service concierge VIP and the loaner coordinator.

Requirements

Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
General understanding of Microsoft Office and Technology
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
High School degree or equivalent
Ability to read and follow instruction, compose light correspondence and memos
Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

Flag tech time on repair orders
Review warranty repair orders for compliance, labor types and proper stories
Close repair orders daily
Work with cashier to ensure daily deposit is balanced and all repair orders are closed
Create vendor purchase orders in accordance with company policy
Assist the Loaner Coordinator
Greet customer requiring a loaner vehicle
Prepare loaner contracts and ensure all requirements are met
Inspect the vehicles with the customer upon return of the loaner vehicle
Assist the Service Booker
Flag tach time on repair orders
Close out repair orders
Create vendor purchase orders in accordance with company policy
Assist the service concierge VIP
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Answering inbound phone calls
Contact customer for survey follow up and customer satisfaction
Greeting customer on the service drive
