Requirements

Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Strong attendance, punctuality, and work ethic.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Coachable with a desire to improve every day.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform with minimal supervision.
Must be dependable, professional, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual is a plus.
Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive experience preferred.
We’re willing to train the right person with the right attitude and drive.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound service calls and make outbound calls to customers.
Schedule service appointments while maximizing shop capacity.
Follow up with customers through phone, text, and email.
Confirm appointments to maintain a high show rate.
Build value in recommended maintenance and dealership services.
Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM.
Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals.
Handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
Maintain consistent communication with customers from initial contact through their appointment.
