About The Position

Johnson Automotive is seeking friendly individuals with a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service to join their team as Full-Time Service BDC Representatives. This role is crucial for keeping up with increasing consumer demands in a fast-paced environment. The Service BDC is located within the corporate offices at Johnson Lexus of Raleigh. Johnson Automotive is a rapidly growing automotive company in the Triangle, known for its excellent customer service and first-class operations, achieved by hiring top performers dedicated to enhancing guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of Automotive Service BDC experience required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • All offers contingent upon satisfactory completion of E-Verify, Background, Drug, and Motor Vehicle Report testing and reports.

Nice To Haves

  • Xtime experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound service calls and email leads.
  • Track, respond to, and manage Internet service leads.
  • Schedule service appointments and liaise with Service Advisors.
  • Maintain and update customer database with notes and information.
  • Stay informed about new features and accessories, and communicate their benefits to guests.
  • Direct guests to product information resources.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Develop career skills through regular training and instruction.
  • Understand and adhere to Federal, State, and Local laws.
  • Perform light clerical and scanning work.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
