About The Position

This role is crucial for keeping up with increasing consumer demands in a fast-paced environment. The Service BDC is located within the corporate offices at Johnson Lexus of Raleigh. Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of Automotive Service BDC experience required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Valid Driver's License.
Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to multi-task.
All offers contingent upon satisfactory completion of E-Verify, Background, Drug, and Motor Vehicle Report testing and reports.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound service calls and email leads.
Track, respond to, and manage Internet service leads.
Schedule service appointments and liaise with Service Advisors.
Maintain and update customer database with notes and information.
Stay informed about new features and accessories, and communicate their benefits to guests.
Direct guests to product information resources.
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
Develop career skills through regular training and instruction.
Understand and adhere to Federal, State, and Local laws.
Perform light clerical and scanning work.
Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
