Milton Martin Toyota is looking for a Service Client Care Coordinator to join our Business Development Center (BDC) — a vital part of our service department's success. As the first point of contact for many of our valued customers, you'll play a critical role in shaping the service experience from the very first call. Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Professional phone presence and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume call environment
  • Comfortable using customer service and scheduling software (CRM/DMS)
  • Positive attitude, team player, and a strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls quickly and professionally to assist customers and schedule service appointments
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on recalls, ToyotaCare, loyalty rewards, extended warranties, and more
  • Review service history to recommend additional services during appointment setting
  • Stay current on promotions, service specials, recalls, and updates
  • Operate CRM and DMS software confidently and efficiently
  • Develop product knowledge of Toyota vehicles and service offerings
