About The Position

We are currently looking for a motivated team member in our Service Business Development Center. The Service BDC is responsible for making service appointments for customers and is the frontline of communication in a customer's service experience. A successful candidates will have ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have a pleasant personality. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Highly organized and with eagerness to progress
  • Willingness to take initiative
  • Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
  • Ability to provide quality customer service
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual preferred (English/Vietnamese or English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

  • Set up appointments
  • Check for recalls
  • Quote prices for basic services
  • Assist parts with notifying customers of special orders
  • Assist with filing and scanning
  • Fill in where needed
