Requirements
- 1 year of prior customer service (Retail, Hospitality, or Call Center experience transfers perfectly!)
- Exceptional phone etiquette and a reliable, professional "phone voice."
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Be the First Impression: Answer inbound calls with energy and professionalism
- Master the Schedule: Help our guests book the essential services their vehicles need to stay safe on the road
- Maintain the Connection: Perform outbound follow-ups and confirm appointments to ensure our shop runs like a well-oiled machine
- Solve Problems: Act as the bridge between our guests and our expert technicians
