You’ll deliver exceptional customer service over the phone , making outbound calls to schedule service appointments and handling inbound calls from customers. Your goal is to maintain strong customer relationships and keep our service drives running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Must live close enough to commute daily to our Boerne location .
  • Call center and/or appointment setting experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM/DMS systems.
  • Friendly, outgoing, professional, and collaborative.
  • Strong desire to succeed and deliver exceptional customer service.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of call center, outbound calling, or appointment-setting experience.
  • Customer service background.
  • Automotive industry experience (not required—we provide training!).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls (up to 200/day) and handle inbound calls efficiently.
  • Follow call guides and scripts to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Schedule appointments accurately, confirming dates, times, locations, and transportation.
  • Document all interactions in CRM/DMS systems.
  • Protect customer privacy and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Achieve performance standards that reflect excellence.
