Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills —you love talking to customers.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a drive to succeed.
- Comfort with computers, phones, and CRM systems.
Nice To Haves
- Prior BDC, call center, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for service customers via phone, text, and email.
- Schedule service appointments and manage follow-up communication with professionalism and energy.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to create seamless customer experiences.
