About The Position

Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing team. This role is the first point of contact for service customers, responsible for scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, following up on service recommendations, and supporting customer retention efforts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is driven by performance.

Requirements

• Previous BDC, customer service, call center, hospitality, or automotive experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a confident and friendly phone presence.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required—we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, text messages, emails, and online service inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments while maximizing shop capacity and technician productivity.
• Follow up with customers regarding declined services, overdue maintenance, recalls, and manufacturer service campaigns.
• Utilize CRM and dealership software to document customer interactions accurately.
• Contact customers after service visits to ensure complete satisfaction and resolve concerns when appropriate.
• Assist in maintaining customer retention through consistent communication and relationship building.
• Work closely with Service Advisors, Service Managers, and Parts personnel to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals for appointments, show rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while representing the Jeff Wyler brand.
