About The Position

Here’s what you can expect on a typical day as a Service Bartender at Lou Malnati’s: Start with side work. What needs to be done? You’ll do that to make sure your shift runs smoothly. Serving customers and having fun while you’re at it, whether it’s taking orders, cashing out checks, or whatever else they need. Mixing and serving alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, responsibly, to customers following standard recipes Request identification from guests and confirm it meets the legal drinking age Taking on new duties and doing whatever is needed. Requirements

Excellent communication, listening, and time management skills.
Ability to stand approximately 90% of the workday and freely access all areas of the locations.
Ability to lift/move up to 50lbs.
Endure in various physical activities like reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing, and moving about the facility.
Must be 21+ years of age.
Must have at least 1 year of experience as a bartender and server.
Must be able to work with minimum supervision under varying conditions.
Must be TIPS or BASSET certified based on village or city requirements.
