About The Position

Hillstone is currently seeking a Service Bartender to join our exceptional team! We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment. Service Bartender positions are available. Previous experience not required; in depth training provided from the outset. Great opportunity for professional growth and restaurant operations experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Restock bar supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.

Benefits

• Competitive compensation: Compensation is comprised of a fixed Hourly rate of $10.35 plus tips/gratuities. The fixed hourly rate plus gratuities falls between $22-$30/hour in tip share.
