Service Bartender
About The Position
Hillstone is seeking a friendly, energetic, and highly motivated Service Bartender to join its team in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment. This support role involves curating beverages for the dining room and assisting with bar operations. Part-time and full-time positions are available. Some weekend availability is required. The role offers an opportunity for professional growth and restaurant operations experience. Compensation ranges from $35 to $40 per hour, comprising a fixed hourly rate starting at $16.27 plus a portion of a weekly tip share. The tip share averages $19 to $24 per hour, but is not guaranteed and may vary based on schedule and availability. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
