About The Position

The Jim Pattison Auto Group is seeking an energetic, reliable, and organized Service Attendant to be the pillar of support for our Jim Pattison Hyundai Northshore dealership. As a supporting role for our Service department, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that our vehicles are well presented to our customers. You’ll take pride in delivering an excellent experience, being detail oriented, and ensuring every interaction reflects our strong commitment to our customers. Requirements

A valid BC Driver’s license is required, including a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract report
Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions is preferred
Strong customer-service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
Reliable, punctual, and dependable

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in the automotive industry is considered a strong asset

Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of our customer vehicles, including exterior washing and interior cleaning
Maneuver, arrange, and relocate guest vehicles with care
Ensure any potential issues with vehicles or the dealership property are promptly reported
Safe use of tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies
Ensure a high degree of confidentiality with company and customer information
Participate in maintaining a supportive and engaging working environment
Other duties as assigned
