About The Position

This non-client facing role is responsible for providing general support to the commercial lines teams with tasks such as, but not limited to reviewing and auditing policy documents for accuracy, invoicing premiums, handling internal instructions and organizing file documentation. Your attention to detail of policy reviews, invoicing and internal service focus are the keys to success in the role of Service Associate, Commercial Insurance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Commercial Insurance experience or a minimum of 2 – 5 years of Personal Insurance experience
• Alberta Level 1 License
• High degree of professionalism and integrity
• Critical thinker with strong attention to details
• Very organized and able to adjust to tight and changing deadlines
• Committed to excellence in service and “behind the scenes” support
• Skilled user of the Microsoft Office Suite of products
• Handles a fast-paced environment well
• Demonstrates accountability, accuracy and reliability in the quality of work
• Flexible and adaptable with proven problem-solving skills
• Works well within a team and independently

• CIP or CAIB designation, or working towards
