About The Position

Davis Chevrolet Brooks is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual who is early in their career and eager to learn how a dealership operates from the ground up. Requirements

• Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills, including the ability to listen and use tact, sensitivity, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with customers.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork skills to work effectively with technicians and other employees within the department and dealership.
• A Valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive systems are preferred.
• Scheduling service appointments
• Assisting customers over the phone and in person
• Creating and managing repair orders
• Coordinating vehicle service workflows
• Processing and tracking warranty claims
• Supporting day-to-day service department operations

Responsibilities

• Providing customer shuttle services
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance, including oil changes
• Mounting and balancing tires and performing tire rotations as required
• Delivering and picking up parts
• Assisting with shop organization and cleanliness
• Supporting technicians and service staff with daily operations
• Learning dealership processes and service department fundamentals
