About The Position

This role supports the administrative functions of an area of properties on campus, assisting the Operations Team by performing a variety of tasks to assist in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure facilities are well-maintained, safe, and conducive to student living and learning.
  • Perform data entry, file management, and support with research projects.
  • Complete hands-on repairs/maintenance work while ensuring service requests and repairs are made correctly and timely.
  • Execute the preventive maintenance program that minimizes emergency repairs and service repairs; inspect grounds, buildings, and other property features to minimize liability concerns.
  • Maintain curb appeal and cleanliness of properties at all times and understand the importance of the retention of residents for occupancy purposes.
  • Perform all work necessary to make units and rooms ready for occupancy which may include general cleaning.
  • Make note of and report on any equipment which might need repair prior to occupancy.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating events, projects, etc.
  • Sustain positive customer relations and contribute to the positive feedback toward properties.
