We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Deal Processing Coordinator to join our team.

Nice To Haves

  • Administrative or dealership experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage customer appointments and schedules
  • Handle inbound phone calls to schedule appointments and provide customer service for the Service Department
  • Make outbound phone calls to facilitate appointments for Recalls, Service Retention and Appointment Requests in the Service Department
  • Work with sales, service, and accounting to ensure accurate paperwork
  • Maintain organized records and files
  • Provide administrative support to management and dealership staff
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed
