The Service Appointment Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments for our busy luxury car service department. A friendly, caring, can do attitude with a sense of urgency will help you excel in this role. Reliability is a must with an emphasis on punctuality. Aside of appointments, this role is responsible for loaner car administration, sign out, check in and log of vehicle whereabouts, cleaning etc. The ideal candidate is able to perform other appropriate duties as given by management. This role is a great entry in to the automotive industry which has many opportunities for growth to the right person.
