Service and Sales Representative FLOAT - Bethlehem, PA
About The Position
As a Service and Sales Representative (SSR), you’ll combine relationship-building with hands-on branch operations to help members with their everyday banking and financial needs. You’ll open and manage accounts, support consumer and real estate lending needs, resolve concerns, process transactions, and connect members with solutions that support their financial goals. As part of this float role, you’ll build broad product and operational knowledge while working across multiple branch environments. This opportunity is ideal for someone who takes ownership, works confidently and independently, and can adapt to changing member and branch needs. Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week). Regular shifts include Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM with rotating Saturday shifts 8:30AM - 12:30PM. Compensation Range: $23.00/hr. - $25.50/hr. Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills Location: As a float role, you primarily support the Bethlehem Branch located at 2174 W Union Blvd Bethlehem, PA., while providing planned, local coverage at nearby branches in Allentown and Reading when needed to ensure consistent service and operational stability.
Requirements
- Associate degree required with 1-3 years of experience; 3-5 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Obtain notary license within 1 year of acceptance of role.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience in customer service, retail, banking or financial services industry.
- Bilingual proficiency - A passing verbal assessment of language proficiency will be required during onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and serve as the first point of contact for members
- Open and manage consumer, business, and IRA accounts
- Support loan application intake (including mortgages)
- Resolve account questions and escalations
- Recommend products aligned to member needs
- Support branch operations (teller/MSR coverage, transactions, etc.)
- Provide notary and signature guarantee services (training provided)
