About The Position

The Service and Maintenance Remodeler (SAM Remodeler) role is designed to leverage advanced remodeling skills, effective client communication, and strong craftsmanship. This position supports the team by completing punch list items, performing general handyman tasks, and floating between job sites to assist Project Managers and crews as needed. The SAM Remodeler is expected to source and transport materials, maintain a clean and safe job site, and ensure all assigned tasks are handled professionally and completed on schedule.

Requirements

• 5 years minimum experience in residential building & remodeling
• Proven, advanced remodeling skills. Well rounded in all areas of construction
• Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and scope of work.
• Excellent communication, organization, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple small assignments across different jobs
• Supply your own tools.
• Ability to stand, walk, work with your hands, climb ladders, and move 75 lbs. independently for extended periods of time
• Obtain and maintain class E driver’s license, reliable form of transportation, and current auto insurance

• Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet and our CRM system preferred
• High-school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced remodeling and general handyman (SAM) work as required.
• Complete punch list items accurately, efficiently, and to Mosby's quality standards.
• Float from job to job as needed to provide support to Project Managers and crews.
• Source, transport, and handle materials needed for assigned tasks across job sites.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Provide excellent communication to clients.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are handled professionally and completed on schedule.
• Provide assistance and support on any task to Project Manager as needed.
