Bullfrog Spas is seeking a Candidate to manage the service and delivery portion of our Retail business. The Service Manager provides support to the local service and delivery teams, ensures team members are ready to create an exceptional experience for our customers. The Service Manager collaborates with the Area Sales Manager and Customer Care Manager ensuring the team is in alignment, Goals are being met, and the team as a hole is moving forward together.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess or have the ability to learn the basic fundamentals of spa repair.
  • Basic electrical, low voltage, 110v to 240v, AC/DC, GFCI breakers and amperage.
  • Electronics diagnostics.
  • Ability to use hand tools.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of general computer software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Candidates must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

  • Develop team members into strong leaders.
  • Hold team members accountable to the process. Teach, guide, and encourage to promote the right behaviors.
  • Oversee the success of the service and delivery teams.
  • Ensure accurate receiving, staging, and inventory control of incoming spas.
  • Maintain accurate parts inventory and warehouse organization.
  • Coordinate third-party delivery and service crews to ensure adherence to company standards, including training, product updates, and professional appearance.
  • Ensure accurate evaluation, refurbishment, and inventory tracking of RGA return spas.
  • Manage team's time sheets and payroll.
  • Fleet maintenance, Licensing, and DOT adherence.
  • Communicate with Service and Delivery Schedulers, to ensure completion of jobs.
  • Work with local Managers and Area Manager to create and increase customer experience.
  • Assist in local showroom support and show set ups.
  • Communicate local needs and be responsible for successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Area Manager and align with the success of the Chicago market.
  • Communicate training needs with Area Manager.
  • Submit expense reports.
  • Position requires routine field work and on-site support responsibilities.
  • With the help of the Area Manager, resolve customer escalations within the Chicago market.
  • Promote continuous improvement.
  • Data collection.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.
