About The Position

Service Aide at St. Dominic Villa - FT & PT Available. St. Dominic Villa, an Illuminus Community, located in Hazel Green, WI (10 minutes from Dubuque, IA), is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team. The community provides exceptional long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services for older adults, offering a welcoming atmosphere, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to make a lasting difference. Available opportunities include the PM Shift (2pm-10pm) for both Part Time and Full Time positions.

Requirements

• Enrollment in Certified Nursing Aide Program that starts within the month of hire date.
• We will help train you.
• Excellent communications and human relation skills.
• Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
• Ability to relate well to the residents/patients/clients, family members / personal representatives.
• Ability to collaborate with all internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and actively promotes effective communication with residents/patients/clients and supervisors.
• Responsible for maintaining a positive image of the entity in the community keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
• Perform tasks as directed and guided by supervisors.
• Only perform tasks in which training has been provided.
• Cooperate with scheduling to accomplish adequate coverage for resident services.
• Pass newspapers, answer call lights, deliver meal trays to residents.
