Requirements
- Proven success and experience in hospitality, sales, retail, or a guest-facing role -- this is the foundation we hire for
- Clear, composed communicator who builds trust quickly and follows through on every commitment
- Organized and accurate under pressure -- able to manage multiple guests and timelines without losing detail
- Self-motivated with a genuine drive to serve people well and grow your earnings
- Comfortable learning dealership systems and processes -- we'll train you on the automotive side
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- A hospitality mindset -- you treat every guest interaction like it matters
Nice To Haves
- Automotive service advisor experience a plus -- not required. Our best advisors have come from hotels, restaurants, retail, fitness, and beyond. What they all share is a track record of taking care of people, following through, and doing it with integrity.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up to delivery
- Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations
- Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest
- Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule
- Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle value
- Deliver a consistent, professional pickup and delivery experience that keeps guests coming back
- Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards
- Represent Swickard Honda of Gladstone and our hospitality standard in every guest interaction
