About The Position

Volkswagen of Park Cities in Dallas is seeking motivated and customer-focused Service Advisors to join their growing Service Center. As a key representative of the Service Department, the Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them understand their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs, outlining service options, and providing clear cost estimates before coordinating with Technicians.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to support business needs
• Sales experience with a working knowledge of the automotive industry
• Basic computer skills and comfort navigating software systems
• Ability to complete onboarding efficiently
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods (up to 5 hours)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read and interpret documents, prepare routine reports, and interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• A valid driver's license is required
• Candidates must successfully complete all pre-employment screening processes.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers on services, costs, and recommendations
• Manage records, invoices, payments, and warranty verification
• Upsell services and support department sales goals
• Schedule appointments and create detailed repair orders
• Verify insurance and coordinate loaner vehicles
• Provide clear, ongoing status updates to customers
