About The Position

AutoNation is seeking a Service Advisor to join their team at AN Toyota Las Vegas. In this role, you will act as the liaison between Service Technicians and customers, working in state-of-the-art service departments. You will explain service recommendations in clear terms, identify up-sell opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position involves direct customer interaction in the service lane and utilizing technology to enhance the customer experience and identify sales opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set, confirm, and prepare for appointments with customers.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction index.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner upon arrival.
• Determine vehicle needs through customer information, vehicle walk-arounds, inspections, and test drives.
• Utilize a consultative selling process for ongoing vehicle maintenance planning.
• Produce repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates.
• Communicate with technicians and parts associates for timely work completion.
• Follow up with customers on vehicle status as per their preference.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Gain superior product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
