About The Position

McDonald Volkswagen in Littleton is seeking a Service Advisor to join their team. This role is commission-based, with top performers earning over $150,000 annually. The Service Advisor will be responsible for greeting customers, guiding them through the service process, presenting maintenance and repair recommendations, collaborating with technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction from drop-off to delivery. The position also involves tracking performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Greet customers and guide them through the service process with confidence, professionalism, and a focus on building long-term relationships.
